Hello Everyone,
Ok so new job is really busy. It takes a lot of energy out of me but its fun job. The downside I don't get to craft a lot. I am sure it will change once my schedule will get a tad normalized.
I decided to try something different. I was cleaning up my craft table and I had tons of papers on it. I was determined to use at least something from that pile instead of getting more paper. And I did. This is different card for me.
Here is the card:
Background came out very unusual but I love it. I used a used card stock that I doodled on and wrapped white crepe paper around it in 2 layers then I embossed it with Sizzix InkIts. I love the texture it gave and super deep embossing.
The rest was simple. I have used Cherry Lynn flourish die out of bit of card stock that were on my table and used embossing powder to turn them into gold leaves. I have 2 layers of embossing powder on it to make it more full.
For the sentiment I have stamped JustRite stamp and embossed it on the laminate paper sheet to create transparency.
I used Cherry Lynn doily to create the corners and the card is done.
