Chalkboard Technique

Hello,

I always liked the look of chalkboard. I decided to research how to do it. My greatest resource is youtube. Here are few ways of doing it. I am posting all the links with different ways:

Some of them use embossing, some of them use chalk, and some just write ink.

Here is my card:

In my case I decided to just use frost write chalk ink. This ink takes a tad longer to dry to gives me the opportunity to mess around a tad.
I have used JustRite stams and just stamped the frame and the corners. I let it dry just a tad and then started to rub. Then I stamped the sentiment and waited for it to dry. I went over it with write gel pen to make it stand out.
Faux stitching is done by using tracing tool ( straight line every time) layered with blue cardstock. I could've used any color but I feel like blues. I guess if I was doing the card for a girl I probably would've done pink.
For the inside, because the tracing tool leaves little holes it is easy to do faux stitching that is identical to the outside.

And it's Done. So So simple.
