Pretty in Purple

I have some great news. I got a new job! It is a step up from what I was doing but it will take a lot of my free time. I won't have as much time for my card making.
It is ok i will still make 1 card a week at least. Instead of making on everyday. :)
So here is my card for today:

It was very easy to do... because..... I got my GELATOS... Yeey ( happy dance). And they are as awesome as everyone says. So I have stamped background Just Rite stamp on the ivory cardstock and embossed with clear powder. I have used the blues and purple gelatos to add color.

I have cut out Cherry Lynn dolly and this is my main focal image. I have put lace boarder around the page and made a ribbon with it too. Added so pears and the front is done.

For the back of the card I have embossed with cuttlebug folder and used the same gelatos to add color. in the inside of the card I have used gelatos as well to match the color and then added pattered paper.

This card is a trifold flip, similar idea to squash card. This card is for a friend who is retiring. Unfortunately i didn't take the pictures of inside of the card because i made it last night and gave it this morning. I was taking pictures before work half awake...

  6. I think your cards are inspiring and would like to add your blog to my RSS reader, but what I see on the reader from your blog is text only. I don't know how the other women make an image (or more) show up in each post, but if you could do that I would subscribe and read regularly.
